Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026. We want you to be confident when ordering Slim Coffee Booster. This policy explains your right to return an order and how we process refunds.

1. Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement - for example, by email to info@wristcleaneco.world - before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model cancellation form below, but this is not obligatory.

2. Condition of returned goods

To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be:

  • Unopened - the seal on the product must be intact and the product must be unused
  • In its original packaging and in resaleable condition
  • Returned within 14 calendar days of your cancellation notice to us

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product has been handled in a way that diminishes its value beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Products that have been opened, partly used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return under this policy, except where the product is faulty (see Section 5 below).

3. How to return a product

  1. Email us at info@wristcleaneco.world with your name, order reference, and a statement that you wish to cancel your order. We will acknowledge your request within one working day.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Post the product to: The Merton Nutrition Review Ltd, Returns Department, 14 Cavendish Place, London, W1G 9DL.
  4. We recommend using a tracked postal service. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods until received by us.

4. Return postage costs

The cost of returning the product is your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. We will not be responsible for products lost in transit during return.

5. Faulty or incorrectly supplied products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@wristcleaneco.world. In these cases, we will arrange collection at no cost to you and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Refund processing

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of our receiving the goods. As payment for your order was collected on delivery, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another method agreed with you at the time of return authorisation.

7. Non-returnable items

The following are not eligible for return under this policy:

  • Opened or used food supplement products (for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with Regulation 13(1)(e) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
  • Products returned after the 14-day cancellation period without prior authorisation
  • Products not purchased through this website

9. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. For independent guidance on your consumer rights, you may contact the Citizens Advice Bureau or visit gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights.
